Andries Roux
Director of Standard Solutions
Andries brings over 25 years of global experience in software and product leadership, having worked with companies including Microsoft, LS Retail, and Marel Software. He will lead Wisefish’s strategy to standardize our product offering , ensuring our solutions stay aligned with the evolving needs of the seafood business worldwide. Outside work, Andries enjoys outdoor activities with his wife Ásta and daughter Olga, and fun fact, he once spent time living aboard a submarine!
Aðalheiður Sigurðardóttir
Chief Project Officer
Returning to Wisefish after earlier work with the company, Aðalheiður brings decades of experience leading project offices in seafood, logistics, finance, healthcare, and utilities. She will oversee delivery, project governance, and operational practices, ensuring our teams can consistently provide structured, reliable solutions to our customers.
Eva Gunnlaugsdóttir
Project Manager, Consulting team
Eva joins the Consulting team with extensive experience managing software delivery projects across Europe, Asia, South America, and Oceania. Her expertise in leading complex projects across teams and regions strengthens our ability to deliver consistent, high-quality service to every customer. Outside the office, Eva is actively involved in her community and recently became chairman of the board for Valur Handball.
Þorvaldur Kristjánsson
Senior Finance Analyst
Þorvaldur adds financial expertise to our team, having previously worked in business control at Icelandair. His skills in financial planning and analysis will help Wisefish sharpen our internal planning and support sustainable growth. In his free time, Þorvaldur enjoys basketball, golf, and a variety of sports.
