Samjhana Rupakheti, Quality Assurance Lead

What is your role at Wisefish? 

My name is Samjhana, and I have a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, and a M.B.A. in Project Management. I joined the company in June of 2023 and my current role is as a QA Lead. My daily tasks involve creating a sustainable framework for automatic testing and manual testing. I also make sure that the technical documentation is of the highest standard.   

What do you like most about your role? 

I really enjoy the freedom and the level of support I get from my manager in leading my team. I get the chance to lead the analysis work and to formulate policies, quality standards, and implementing related processes. I feel like I have a voice and that my expertise is appreciated throughout the company. It is very rewarding to me. 

How do you feel about the company culture? 

I love the diversity and the values of the company. Being from another country, I feel very welcomed by my colleagues. One can say there is a sense of empowerment in the air. And for me personally, being part of a journey that goes beyond the borders into other parts of the world, is something that really motivates me. I really believe in our vision to become a leading software company in the seafood industry.
