What is your role at Wisefish?

My name is Valgeir, and I have a B.Sc. degree in Computer Science. I joined Wisefish in the early summer of 2023, and I am working today as a Business Central Developer. My daily tasks involve general bug fixing, as well as improving functionality in special systems that are part of the Wisefish product portfolio.

What do you like most about your role?

I really like the diversity of assignments. Every week I get the opportunity to learn new things and the chance to grow and develop my current skills. I am also fortunate to be surrounded by great people in my team and this keeps me on my toes and helps me to stay focused. And of course, it is always a great feeling when you feel appreciated for your work contribution.

How do you feel about the company culture?

I simply love the culture at Wisefish. What is important to me are the company values promoting a healthy work-life balance. We have flexibility in our work hours with the option to work from home from time to time. Our personal well-being is supported by our culture, which I appreciate a lot.

As I continue to grow in my role as a developer, I can see myself working here for a very long time.
